🔧 DIY-Friendly Installation
Mad Polly’s Performance Street mounts are designed with the DIY enthusiast in mind. No hydraulic press is needed! To install, remove the OEM rubber from your existing mount casing while leaving the metal ring pressed in place. This design makes installation accessible to those without advanced tools, though some effort may be required to extract the rubber inserts.
🔧 Installation Information
Mad Polly mounts are designed with a slightly larger crush tube hole to allow easier alignment during installation. Due to the design involving the removal of the OEM rubber inserts (while retaining the original metal casing), fitment may vary slightly across different vehicles. Once bolted down, the clamping force secures the mount tightly, ensuring stability under extreme torque.
⚠️ Important Installation Notes
- Check Dimensions Before Ordering: Vehicle variations can affect fitment. Please verify dimensions below before ordering to ensure compatibility.
- If you are unsure how to do this it would be recommended to give it to your mechanic for them to do.
- New crush tubes are supplied with the poly inserts, the OEM crush tubes are not used.
Remeber to LEAVE THE INNER METAL RING IN
Simply heat up or cut out the original rubber, knock out the OEM rubber including the crush tube or cylinder, then replace it with our Mad Polly high performance insert.
